I've read a few. One of my favorites chronicled the fights between Hagler, Hearns, Leonard and Duran; think it was called Four Kings. Another good one is "A fighter's Heart", book follows a few fighters at various stages of their careers. Also enjoyed a books on George Foreman, Jack Johnson, Ali and Mike Tyson.

I really loved THE FIGHT by Norman Mailer.

FOUR KINGS by George Kimball was great also.

THE GOOD SON by Mark Kriegel was a good read too.

I read Oscars bio thing that stood out was how surprised he was that Floyd knocked out Hatton as he considered him featherfisted.

The best one I probably read was the four kings.

Right on, Ted the bull Sares is a former amateur fighter from the 50's and has followed boxing since the 40's. So the book talks boxing and about various boxers and fighters from then until the late 90's.
