Ward doesn't sound too enthusiastic about a rematch. I hope we get it though and put it to rest.

You are the one with your panties in a bunch and all butt hurt that anyone would dare say anything bad about Andre Ward. Kovalev gave Ward a shot at his titles and Ward agreed to give Kovalev an immediate rematch if he won. Many of us think Ward should keep the signed legal agreement he made and give Kovalev a rematch in a timely manner. The purse split for the rematch has probably already been agreed on by both sides in the rematch agreement. You think it's just fine for Ward to avoid the rematch by retiring which he can legally do. I don't agree with you. I think Ward retiring to avoid a rematch makes him look bad.

of course he wants to...he said it in the past how he patterned himself after Roy Jones and others.
people just want something to whine about because there butthurt their man lost so the only soothing thing they could find is " ANDREA COWARD DUCKING!!!" even though its more likely the fight happens than it not happening

Did Chavez rematch Whittaker????
Floyd's rematch with Oscar would have been at 147 where he would have beat the panties off that coked-up crossdresser.
Floyd was told by his physician to either retire altogether or take some time off from boxing.
He sure as hell wasn't scared of a guy he white-washed.

I don't see where the extra money he wants will come from. The ppv didn't sell well. Any extra money has to come from his promoter
2 different stories
he sat out because of injuries and litigation.
he would have been fighting if he promo and management were in line...come on bro.
they are prize fighters...they dont fight for fans or our opinions of them...they fight for money bro...who wouldnt ask for more after winning titles and beating the "boogeyman"
