In my opinion no. Heavyweights should be big punchers in addition to being good all around fighters if they are going to be among the best. It's a rare top heavyweight that can't punch very hard. Hughie isn't much of a puncher. his claim to fame is being the champ's brother and Tyson himself is looking bad by not fighting at all. I don't think Hughie belongs in the top 10 heavyweights. He might be about number 20.Comment
