and if GGG isn't great, why has canelo avoided him like the plague?
saying a division is weak is a cop out. the earth didn't suddenly not have talented fighters that happened to weigh 160 pounds. the division has a dominant champion. that doesn't mean the challengers are weak, it means the champion is strong.

this idea that fighters should move up to "challenge" themselves is silly. it's like saying klitschko should have tied an arm behind his back to challenge himself.

y'all are whining and crying because GGG is so much better than everybody else at his weight. far beyond the dominance shown by anybody else in any weight class.

Hopkins wasn't considered elite until Trinidad moved up to fight him in only his 2nd fight at mw. Then he became even more popular after delaHoya moved up to fight him in also his 2nd fight at mw. Point being, Ggg is likely already great but won't be considered so until a big name faces him. Unfortunately the 2 biggest names are Canelo who doesn't have the balls tito and Oscar had, and Ward who is now 2 weight classes above him.
