Realistically the best fight they could of made was pacquiao-canelo (which is a huge mismatch) or bradley-canelo. The only fights they can make which is valdez-jojo and other lower weight class fights which isnt all the enticing at the moment.

Even then they made fights together like Ali vs Vargas, Matthysse vs Postol, Matthysse vs Provo. Those are all TR/GBP joint promotions

Povo is with Banner not Top Rank. Ali vs. Vargas was for a vacant belt so the fight was forced. Postol vs. Matthysse was an eliminator so the fight was forced. You said yourself that Top Rank has a smaller stable of fighters, so you should see their fighters fighting outside the Top Rank stable more than they do.
