I think Golota is a poor excuse for a boxer and a pitiful excuse for a human being. A big failure in all aspects of life, and he would lose to Valuev if it was for a title. You know what? He lost to Grant and that was just for a title shot. **** that, Valuev wins regardless of the nature of the fight. Golota's best win is over a guy I have never seen fight.

I rewatched the Bowe II fight today, he was very talented as you correctly pointed out - good jab, knew how to avoid Bowe's right hand early on ...

He has been hurt a couple times but never seriously. Basically, he is easy to hit so guys like Peter or Briggs would probably stop him.

I wouldn't go so far as to say he had no heart, in those two fights with Bowe he took so hellacious shots but kept coming. I think it's more of a problem with his brain than his heart. He would melt down on the biggest stages after that..he just couldn't cope mentally with the pressure of big fights.
