I think the talent from 147 to 160 is the best but it is hard to pin down 1 particular division with all of the moving up and down by fighters like PBF,Hatton and Mosley.....and others.

                1.Mayweather
                2.Margarito
                3.Hatton
                4.Mosley
                5.Cintron

                (Zab & Gatti also)

not to mention the likes off Cotto, and even Tszyu could move up for one last fight.

Welter is the best choice. Middle isnt to shabby neither if Taylor vs Wright is a good fight.

I'll agree with the rest, Welter (including super and jr.) are the best right now. It seems to be a good weight range where guys can move from division to division and have sucess and showcase their abilities.

I also agree hat if Wright vs. Taylor is the blockbuster it should be then Middleweight has some claim to that
