Kauffman's only loss was an extremely controversial (in fact rampantly BS) points loss to Chris Arreola, where he knocked down and otherwise dominated Chris for long stretches of the fight.
Mansour's last loss was a retirement due to biting his tongue in a fight he was dominating. His only loss before that was to Steve Cunningham.

Wawrczyk on the other hand...
That was Kauffman's second loss. Kauffman was stopped on Showtime before.
I like this matchup. Kauffman is a solid fringe-contender and he looked decent against Arreola earlier in the year. Mansour is a quality fighter and seems to be always just one step away from getting into title contention.
Also, putting this fight on the Wilder undercard is good way to get exposure for a potential next opponent. I think two of Wilder's recent opponents - Molina and Wawrzk both fought on undercards in his fights.
