his fan base is annoying, but none are worse than canelos fan base. If he wasn't Mexican, 90% of his current fan base would despise him for doing what he's done over the past yr in giving up a belt and fighting no hope brits like khan and Smith.

He is better than Brook. Doesn't make him great though...He has great physical assets, mostly speed. But his feet are slow... and he lacks intelligence and consistency. People keep mentionning his chin, but it's more a matter of ring intelligence.

This fight lost it's pop the minute Khan ran away to fight Algieri rather than face Brook for a fraction of the money he could have earned.
This is a last resort money fight for Khan as he has nowhere else to go.The WBC have ridiculously got him at no.1 with Khan NEVER having faced a top contender ! He could wait for the winner of the Thurman v Garcia fight but one has already annihilated him and the favourite for that fight Thurman would do the job quicker.....glass jaw and his clan know this.
I hope that Brook chooses to fight Spence next as that's how it should be and that is a much better and stiffer test for Brook.
Khan will resurrect some lightweight or light welterweight for a safe 'comeback fight' from his brutal knockout loss last time out where he was unconscious for a worrying time.
Like I say I hope Brook fights Spence but if it has to be give glass jaw a last payday knock him out and f.... him off.....job done ....long over due.

so the fan base of the guy who wants the fight is worse than the fan base of the guy who gave up a belt to avoid the fight? OK. Not sure what being young has to do with it, if you're bold enough to say you're the best fighter in the world and say you'll put the gloves back on right now, then you should be bold enough to take the fight.

Clearly you recognize that his "ring intelligence" is lacking and the obvious fact that he has a chin that's made in China. His chin is there to be cracked and it has been cracked several times. If he had any intelligence he would fight wisely.
For someone who has the kind of hand speed he has and fails to use it to maximum capacity means that he is just not a good boxer.
So how in the world do you say he is better than Brook?? Khan has lost to journey men like Prescott, Peterson and even Garcia. He barely won the Maidana fight and he still fights BUMS.

He calls out Floyd and Pacman yet he hasn't beaten any name at 147Ibs so he's all talk with no substance and you know it.

i think it is actually an interesting fight. finally khan has no other option for a decent payday. i believe if brook's eye holds up for more than 7 rounds. i believe khan gets caught like he always does. brook has the power and skills to finish him. but the eye injury is key to this fight. khans speed and activity will definitely dominate the first couple of rounds.
