A Khan-Brook fight was sealed when Canelo-Khan and G-Brook were announced. They both lost (like everyone knew they would) and both see the other as the easiest top name out there. Brook is the better all-around fighter but Khan's speed can win him the fight if he doesn't get caught on the chin.

I've said from the beginning Brook will never fight Spence. He will try to get permission to fight Khan first but if he is told no, Brook will vacate and fight Khan who is an easier opponent for a much larger payday. Then he can say he vacated for the $$$ instead of being afraid of Spence. Spence is going to get handed this belt and not be in with a world class fighter for at least another year or two. The winner of Khan-Brook will most likely fight the winner of Thurman-Garcia sometime in 2018.

He could have fought Garcia already as he was the #1 contender before he fought Canelo but then got boarded by Alvarez in May.

Both Khan & Brook see their mandatory fights against Garcia & Spence as very dangerous to their careers therefore they want to cash in by fighting each other first before attending to those mandatory bouts.

Yea that sounds about right. I was hoping Brook would fight Spence. I think Spence will be waiting a while before any of the top guys step in the ring with him which will hurt his resume (I hope I'm wrong). I would like to see Spence vs Thurman, since Thurman ducked him the first time (asking for 10 million SMH) lol

Khan can cash out of pro boxing with a nice big money fight against Brook and call it a day I think. No need to take further punishment. He has made a good few million dollars for the limited fighter that he is, he has done well.
