You know there isn't any dude grew up in HK and was stateside in the 70's, not exactly the era of video cameras. We do have the word of many, world-class martial artists from many disciplines that all agree that he was a freak of nature physically and he could fight.

While he was more of a martial arts philosopher/teacher and didn't participate in exhibition fights or tourneys, I'll trust the word of guys like Bob Wall, Gene LeBell, Dan Inosanto, Chuck Norris who all say the man was a legitimate fighter and worked with Bruce, the best don't typically learn from just actors.

So you would pick a guy you never seen fight at all..dont know how he handles a punch over a proven elite fighter?? Why is this even a discussion?

There are multiple eyewitnesses including other martial artists who have seen Lee quickly win fights in the streets as well as I'm sure police reports in hong kong, but I don't see why I or anyone else would bother wasting time with you as even when you were shown actual photos of Lee winning a boxing tournament in college (which proved you wrong) you denied that it was him and claimed it was a different asian guy.

Honestly at this point you're just embarrassing yourself.

No he's embarrassed himself from outset. He just feels helpless as the whole world considers Lee a great fighter and he has no control over that.

There are countless anecdotes and testimonies of people saying Lee beat them with ease, so he fought and showed superiority a lot.
So everyone concludes had great ability to fight. Benny the jet said Lee was the best. Lee sparred with Benny's brother Arnold urquidez. Benny also saw Bruce when Benny was young

Surely, Bruce Lee's had his share of smoker fights and countless sparring sessions before he decided to pursuit a career in Hollywood. Not much is known about the number of actual fights he's been in because at the time, there was no platform like the UFC for him to make a career in martial arts. Back then, an organized or sanctioned fight took place within the confines of a dojo, away from the cameras, and the only records of it ever taking place exists in the minds of those fortunate enough to be there.

That's not to say he wouldn't have become a great boxer, but debates on whether or not he could beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. will always remain in the realm of speculation. Bruce Lee was to martial arts, what Plato was to Greek philosophy. The contributions he's made to kung fu resonates even till this day. He was truly, truly a great mind, and that alone would have led him to do great things in the sport of boxing.

I will take a stab in the dark and say the dude who the chinese martial arts establishment made him fight - to be allowed to continue teching westerners.

Thy picked their best martial artist.

He was teaching techniques and philosophy developed by asian cultures over many centuries. Much more valuable and sacred than floyds secret to the shoulder roll imo.

Look man, if your looking for statistics, facts and figures, then floyd has achieved more.
