Martial arts tournaments tournaments is point fighting (not fighting ) you imbecile . You dont use that to gage your fighting ability in contrast to a real fight . It does help reflexes and getting used to not getting hit but in no shape or form would it be in Lees favor bc his style resembled modern Krav Maga which is street fighting tactics to vital areas that you hit .

Martial artists also dont have FIGHT records particularly in the 60's /70's ,im sure he didnt go around with a manager setting up street fighting tournaments ,fool .

Lee had some boxing experience experience and would have been good at boxing if he persued it. How good is anyones guess ,at 145 pounds he could punch and knew how to generate power ,he could have been a Pacman like fighter i imagine with the speed and so on .Boxing is also about athletics and mental fortitude so theres your answer .
