There's a scene where he's interviewed hanging out in a boxing gym with ATG Kid Gavilán and lightweight great Beau Jack. I wonder if he made the flight specifically to see Monzón. Argentina's a long trip to make from the States. You gotta be a fan. Lol

I've watched several Monzon Fights and am aware of his greatness.
I knew he Murdered his wife for some reason and went to jail. I thought he died in jail for some reason.

Anyone know why he murdered his wife? He only served 11 eleven years wtf?

the guy was god down here. i mean, he killed his wife, tried to alter the evidence and was only sentenced to 11 years in prison. justice sucks

they even let him out of jail on the weekends for good behaviour and that's how he died. he was coming back to prison when he had a car accident that cost him his life
