Valdez will dominate Donaire, Arum using up what is left of Donaire.

Instead of another Top Rank in-house fight how about looking at some of the guys on the Al Haymon side?
Well to be fair, Mares just got a title shot @ fw coming off a loss and looked good. Donaire imo, is in the same situation and has the same chance although I think Valdez may retire him.

That was a mandated fight for a vacant world championship, immediately after Lomachenko got beat by Salido. To think that Arum would've taken that fight if he had any other option for Lomachenko is a bit much.

TBH, I think Arum will work with others but things have to make $$$ense. But I am with you, I would way rather see Valdez vs Russel Jr. thats the best fight at FW imo. Rios wouldnt be a bad fight but maybe after a unification, raza fighting raza takes years off of young fighters.

Valdez is another prospect masquerading as as a champion. His opposition has probably gotten worse since he fought that bum for a title. Donaire is shot to bits.
