      Loma's not an awful choice, but I think Frampton is still the clear#1. Beat #2 in his own division then moved up and beat #1 in a division, all on the road.

          Both deserving, but Lomachenko dominated his opponents, his fights were not close.

              Frampton #1 imo. Two world class wins over undefeated opponents in different weight classes.

              Lomachenko would be my #2 choice. A good case could be made for him being #1 P4P and that he manifested himself this year.

              So both are good imo.
