Still doesn't change the fact that the thread title, OP, and TS have all clearly and consistently stated "never won" as criteria.

I asked if we could list those who never beat an actual champion but won vacant straps and he said yes. So clearly we aren't just listing those who never won a title. Like all threads veering off the original topic happens. Keep up
