    Pacquiao? Meh.

I've been having a difficult time giving Frampton props due to the Rigo duck. I just can't let it slide.

Once again the cruiserweight division gets totally ignored. Did no one see Kalenga vs Dorticos? Evidently.

when did beat someone like Santa Cruz get you in talks for fighter of the year?

Frampton is a good fighter but he literally just beat two good/decent fighters this year....nothing fighter of the year worthy...

crawford won a title in a second division and unified

            Gonzalez titles from 105=115

Ward went 3-0 and beat a p4p entrant

Loma won a title in a 2nd division and outclassed two top fighters at 130

Frampton did fight the level of opposition these guys did...come on.....who have Quigg and Santa Cruz beat? Santa Cruz has the worst resume of any 3 division titlist in history...yes the fight was exciting....doesnt mean it was two great fighters in there.

Frampton unified two titles at 122 and won a portion of the featherweight title as an underdog against Santa Cruz.

Crawford and Gonzalez also had a better year than Ward.

Because on papers he got the win but a lot of the inside guys writing articles in boxing I guess don't give him that win.

Pacquiao beating Bradley and Vargas is probably still better than Crawfords win over Postol. Who cares about him beating Hank Lundy and Molina?

Smith blew up this year, but Frampton deserves this one.

im not comparing their year to wards....im comparing it to all the candidates and who he fought are just decent whereas the other guys were fight 1 or # 2 in their division. High stakes p4p type fights....

Rigo was the man and the only reason either guy "unified" was because they blackballed him

Quigg held the regular belt and interim belts, was awarded the super belt...his best win is over shot kiko martinez

Dude is just mad as hell, Frampton beat the third best fighter at his previous division but by rating Quiggs was the second best fighter, Frampton then went another division and fought the number one guy in LSC in Cruz own backyard and beat him.

Nobody has two better wins this year than Frampton.
