I know he lacks experience, but just going off the eye test, I think Loma is a better boxer than Ward, Kovalev, and the 2016 version of Manny Pacquiao!
I def agree, just based on the eyeball test... He passes with flying colors! Time will tell.
It's a good list all in all. Respects skills but also rewards resume.
Ward and Chocolatito had a hard time in their last fights so it seems fair to have them #1 and #2 for now, pending the outcome of their possible rematches.
