This fight is pointless and there are so many worthy PPV fights out there .This is just for the money. Bellew has never fought at heavyweight and was knocked out at light heavy.

Haye is avoiding anyone who can hurt him and that seems everyone. His excuse for not fighting Briggs is just a lie.David has seen how Amir Khan skirts around fighting contenders and just keeps bothering the big names with the irritating factor and what little is left of the name. These two don't want to be great fighters they just want pensions , not from me!

Haye is a consummate professional and businessman.

I don't believe he has returned for money only, though which fighter out there who returns really does do it just for 'legacy' ? That said, he is young enough to come back and the money today is much better than what it was 5 years ago so why wouldn't he. He can probably make 20 million $ within a couple years of returning, so good on him.

At least he brings fans to the sport and brings a lot of woman, as he's handsome, well spoken and a gentleman. There is nothing about him that you can't like, except for his level of opposition with his comeback, which will improve after he KTFO's Bellew!

Mate..who are you? His PR manager? Climb out of his @r5e lad.haye is about nothing other than the money.
After he moved up he took fans for all he could get. His HW record is actually wank.
valuev was a lumbering idiot. his only test was wladb and he failed that miserably.
he wants a couple of big paydays to pay off his ex missus.then he'll disappear again
          Hopefully

Haye could probably choose which round to knock Bellew out in, after the first round or two if the fight is still ongoing. How Haye does against Fury or Joshua I'm not sure, that would be good fights.

Yes David, the public are very gullible and know those 2 opponents you got from the morgue were approved by Sky, but you "wanted to give back to the fans" so you chose Dave tv for far less money. That is very admirable

Haye is probably the only fighter I consistently bash and dislike these days. He's so absolutely phoney. I remember when he claimed to have so much "integrity" that he was not going to fight past the age of 30, as he swore. Now, he's fighting no-hopers while avoiding even marginally dangerous fighters like Briggs. Bellew at HW? What an absolute joke.

Soooo if the goal was to win a heavyweight title again, shouldn't you be fighting a ranked heavyweight after your first two dumpster fire fights back? This does nothing to help your cause. You're taking this fight for the money and are lying to the public again. This fight helps zero to prepare for an Anthony Joshua, a Tyson Fury, a Deontay Wilder. Haye might have a little left in the tank, but he's afraid to risk it. It's why he ducked an old, but dangerous Shannon Briggs.
