He pretty much said that he thinks that the only reason Bob Arum mentions him and Pacquiao together is to promote him in the U.S. He thinks there are better fights for Pacquiao but if he was presented with a chance to fight Pacquiao he would definitely take it. He also said that he doubts the fight with Pacquiao will actually happen within next couple of years.

Based on what exactly? Can he sell 4+ mil ppv buys fighting anyone in his sport? Can he sell 3+? Can he even sell 2+? Is there any network out there that would give him his own show that he can direct the way he wants like 24/7 or all access? Floyd been there done that with mediocre undercards (except against Canelo), Conor headlines stacked cards that doesn't sell as much, he still has some years ahead of him to reach that level and he might even do it.
