how was it impressive? barrera kept throwing standard right hands rigth down the middle and hitting shabaranskky. he didn't have to set them up, do it off a counter, or anything. this wasn't a charlo right uppercut counter against williams but it was just a normal right hand and shabaransky stood right there with zero movement. you have to at some point say that he was fighting like an idiot.

If you would've asked me before Barrera/Shabranskyy, I would've edged Barrera. Now, I'm 100% confident that he'd beat Pascal. That isn't to say that Shabranskyy looked great (he looked like ***** actually), but I just don't see Pascal being able to evade enough of Barrera's offense.

People on here are giving Pascal too much credit. He's not stopping anyone of note. He may actually be done at the top level. He got a gift to set up the Kovalev rematch lest we forget. He hasn't looked good in some time.
