  • Comments Thread For: Flores: I Won't Let Rigondeaux Think or Rest - He's Not The Same

Moises 'Chucky' Flores, 25-0 (17 KO's), from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, is absolutely convinced he has the right strategy to take down undefeated Cuban Guillermo "El Chacal" Rigondeaux 17-0 (11 KO's).

I commend him for thinking that, but last fight all I remember was him not getting hit for 2 rounds, didn't do much himself either mind, then broke the guys jaw with one punch. Hope his plan works for him

He is right. He doesn't have to win, he can make Rigo run all night. A certain cab driver, Drian Francisco, showed how to do it. Just cashing in is more important in cases like this.

Whats his Roc Nation contract though? Google says $10mil for 4 years, that's more than Gonzalez. All I can find is Spanish, cant read the details, if theyre throwing money at him, all powers

I like Rigo. I just wish he was more active. I know his style doesn't fit for everyone, but he's super skilled... I don't think Flores has enough to beat him though. The more aggressive he is, the worse it may be for him. I'm up for this fight...

I'm still liking Rigo in this one, but Flores is right on one thing, Rigo isn't what he used to be.

Look back at Rigo 6 years ago - just on foot speed alone, he was almost untouchable. Now he's touchable as his feet aren't as fast. Pretty sure Rigo still good enough to beat the rest, but he's certainly not what he was.
