I feel you I witnessed Pacquiao enter the ring filled with PEDS and exact his dominance on his opponents. Pac's refusal to take tests gave JMM a free pass to juice with no testing. It was Pac's teams failure to prepare for this surprise. JMM clocked Manny many times in the past he just did not possess the necessary power.
