Weird. I doubt it's a permant move. It's just an 8 rounder. It's probably one of those too lazy to make weight fights so he's weighing in fully hydrated instead of killing himself.

I don't think he is all that good at any weight. GGG could spot him the 8 pounds and fight him at 168 and beat him. Ward beats him with ease. That's just my opinion.

Respect for that^. I can't imagine him at 160. Going to 175 seems like a bad move as well. But, I don't have a lot of faith in Degale and I think he gets beat by those two no matter what weight it takes place at. I'm guessing this is just talk because I doubt he wants either.

Agree. DeGale would be in a world of pain with either choice. I think he just wants some attention and is feeding off Golovkin and Ward to get it.
