All ex-Soviet fighters just had some luck, they weren't supposed to be in pro boxing

Well...like you said in your initial post there are no professional Eastern-Euro boxers so by default American and other countries including GB would automatically have a higher count...in addition it think bringing up the armature system is relevant : guys like Usyk,Loma,Kovalev all participated in them and won prominent prominent tournaments propelling their careers with favor into the pros as many of them get world title fights in their first few professional bouts and I suspect they might of been doping based off recent revelations ; exposing the Russian.
Even considering that, all these fighters you've mentioned getting tested in America at the end of the day
See, you even admit in your own message that it's just your assumption, you suspect it which means it's not the actual fact
I don't suspect anything, I state facts and it's a fact that Tyson was juicing - he said it himself, same with Shane Mosley - he admitted he was taking steroids. The list goes on
That's the differenceComment

You suspect and it's based off recent "revelations" (I don't even want to talk about politic stuff behind it - all big countries got caught with it at different points) and "since they were so good in Olympics, they're probably taking drugs" logic (well, if your last gold winner was 12 years ago somebody is supposed to win these prominent tournaments, I guess)

Since you mentioned Lomachenko and Usyk, I suspect that according to you, Ukraine was sponsoring some drug programs as well? I guess the country is wealthy enough to pull off something like that. Or that **** with blaming Ukraine fighters for that is just your another assumption based off the "revelations" about Russia?Last edited by g27region; 12-23-2016, 09:51 AM.Comment

Well, I'm giving these American fighters a shot, despite the fact that there's way more of them got caught taking drugs, so you probably will have to try that

Here's the offer for you, for every Russian boxer who got caught cheating you can name, I'll name American fighter who's juicing as well, and the person who won't be able to continue is going to give all points to the winner. Don't back down
You can start with Russian boxers and name Roy Jones Jr. first
V. Klitschko
Povetkin
Novikov
Mikhalkin
Aloyan
Fonfara

why not try make it big in mother russia??
you complain about nationalist agenda, i think is very logical if u.s promotor or american fans support their own countrymen instead of foreigner. boxing is a sport and sport is usually very nationalist/race/tribal thing.
and is justified since american pro boxer talent roster itself is still the best in the world, they maybe got steamrolled in the amateur lately but with how good american boxing environment is those weaker amateur talents can still develop to be great boxers in the pro level.Comment
