I don't think it was too hard, but it was a perfectly placed left hook to the liver.
My trainer used to say that my best punch was the left hook to the body, but I thought it opened my guard too much, i learned how effective that punch could be in the hard way.

It was scary. It was so sudden, I was wondering what the **** happened. Free falling face first is always a scary thing. When the turned PAC over, he looked dead. Unlike Paul Williams, I couldn't really tell if PAC was breathing.
