Hamed vs Augie Sanchez was pretty brutal with the shots Sanchez took on the way down. Especially considering the weight class and Hamed's power. Not too often you see crushing KOs down there.

I don't think it was too hard, but it was a perfectly placed left hook to the liver.
My trainer used to say that my best punch was the left hook to the body, but I thought it opened my guard too much, i learned how effective that punch could be in the hard way.
