emile griffith vs benny peret is unfortunately the most brutal ko i have seen and i don't think you can really top it. peret died a few days after the fight. the ref let griffith tee off on an unconscious opponent for several seconds.

The truth!!! Unfortunately so far back in history that many of the members of this forum might not be aware of that fight and the controversy that came after it. From what I've read it haunted Griffith for the rest of his life.

Aside from that, there are just so many incredible knockouts that we should all have a top 10. Some, already mentioned on this thread, like Tua vs Ruiz, Mercer vs Morrison...... Even Morrison knocking out razor Rud**** is a brutal one also.
