    There are too many of them these days. I do think that unifications help the sport. We're making headway today. After the Burns-Indogo fight should leave us with two champions at 140. If Crawford gets the winner, there will be one. I'd really love to see one champion at as many weights as possible and see them reign for a while. I think this would get rid of a lot of riff raff and guys who we know would never be a champion in a tougher era. So for me, when there are fewer belts, they matter a lot. When there are many, they matter very little.

      if you won 2 or 3 belts in your careere its not a big deal to win 4th ,its money and drawing power which is more important

        Yes they matter. To an up n comer, belt is everything. Its the meal ticket.

        Once you are at Floyd and Pac's level, belts dont mean anything but how many guys can reach that status?

        It is ****** when people say belts dont mean anything.
