Saunders said in December he now has two mandatories to take care off. The first one was his official mandatory challenger Khurtsidze with the winner having to face Canelo, because he's the 154 lbs champion moving up. That was Saunders understanding. However, my source in Hungary told me that GBP has asked the WBO to not give Khurtsidze a shot at Saunders first, because they're afraid Saunders will lose. Translation: GBP has no interest in putting Canelo in with the Terminator from Georgia!! What a pathetic bunch of cowards!!!!
