Depends on what was administered and when. There's a reason why they are banned. He could have taken it to delude his blood and pee something he took before the IV.

I'm saying he could have taken the **** before the IV but after the test he passed. Even at the same time of the IV.

Again, there was a USADA agent with him THE WHOLE TIME. He was there to collect blood and urine. He didn't let Floyd out of his sight. Which was convenient since Floyd, citing dehydration, asked for permission to be administered the IVs. They called a paramedic (a complete stranger) from a local hospital- who brought the solutions administered to Floyd FROM THE HOSPITAL. Floyd gave a urine sample before the IV to the collector. He got administered the IV. Then he gave the collector a sample afterward.

So, explain how YOUR SCENARIO is possible given those facts.

You clearly believe anything they say. But you can't tell me why it took three weeks for them to inform NSAC and Pacquiao about it.

And you can write Floyd's levels down all you like.

What YOU CANT DO IS EXPLAIN HOW THEY ARE INCONSISTENT WITH HIS ABP...because clearly they are not or WADA would have brought down the hammer a long time ago.

Again, get over your butthurt and face facts.

              Dude is clean.
Wada is not involved in pro boxing, whether with Vada which catches cheaters and gets fights called off, or Usada which doesnt (for a larger fee)

                Anything "they" say?

                Which "they" do you mean?

                The USADA collections agent?

The paramedic that was called to Floyd's home?

The hospital operator who took the call and dispatched the paramedic?

The scientists at the USADA lab that tested all the samples?

The officials at USADA and WADA who support what happened?

Or maybe the head guy at the NSAC, Bob Bennett, who has NO ISSUE with Floyd?

How is it, Maxi, that you are here over a year and a half later moaning about an issue the NO ONE WHO IS ACTUALLY INVOLVED GIVES A DAMN ABOUT?

People protecting the biggest millionarie in boxing. Who would have thought it could ever happen?

It's ok man, we disagree. End of story.

                  BTW, from your link:

As far as USADA, I was extremely disappointed that I wasn't notified right away (about Mayweather receiving an IV). When it comes to TUE, we are the sole agency that approves the administering of TUEs. USADA, nor any other anti-doping agency that does drug testing, doesn't have the authority to adminster a TUE.

"The bottom line is USADA didn't keep us informed, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
The NSAC is calling USADA unprofessional and says they had unacceptable behaviour. I guess we can agree that USADA did the wrong thing? The NSAC is saying WE can give TUES, not USADA. Something was wrong.

But why do you ignore that paragraph?

Technically, WADA is not directly involved in any sport. It administers thru its signatories. If WADA found anything amiss with actions taken by one of its signatories- USADA being one of them- it CAN act.

                      Not ignoring it.

                      But, it's irrelevant.

That's a pizzing contest between USADA and NASC which has nothing to do with whether Floyd cheated or not.

And, ironically, both agencies say Floyd is clean.

                      Why do you ignore that?

And you talk about millionaires being protected, but what about all the millionaire athletes USADA has outed? Why would an agency that crapped all over such beloved athletes as Lance Armstrong and Marion Jones give a hated guy like Floyd a pass?

It isn't a matter of us having differing opinions or you and I agreeing to disagree.

You are wrong and I am am right.

You don't have a single explanation of how Floyd passed all the urine tests and how nothing he did was inconsistent with an ABP that he has had since 2010.

And you never will, because the facts make it clear there was no cheating.
