No it doesn't, it just makes it an unpopular decision. It's only a robbery if there is no inconceivable way you can score if for the fighter that got the decision using all spectrums of the scoring criteria possible. Besides, a vast majority of that vast majority who scored it for Kovalev don't know how to score a fight in the first place just like with any other fight, so the numbers are meaningless.
