This could be a fun fight. But Barrera needs to understand no one can beat ward at 175.
Zero chance. He has a better chance at outboxing himself in front of the mirror.
Sounds good, but is Pascal's parents' backyard big enough? How many people does Pascal's parent's backyard hold?
Plus you really do gotta factor in the home (literally) advantage -- like what if his uncle, nephew, and grandma are named ringside judges, then Barrera could really have a problem

I like Barrera. He is one of those guys who is really trying to fight anybody anywhere. Pascal should make this fight. I would tune in. They should do it on the undercard of Kov-Ward (I don't think this can happen at all. LOL), but it would be good for the PPV and for the LHW division.
It's weird that he didn't call out Stevenson, but I guess that's how it goes when you stop taking on big challenges. People will start to forget about you as a viable option. With that being said, he's not in position to say who can get a shot at the Kov-Ward winner or not. He has to get in line just like everyone else. If Pascal or Barrera wins, they still don't draw as much interest as seeing Stevenson in a unification bout with the winner. Pascal, Beterbiev, Cleverly, and Alvarez are all good opponents Barrera could fight to stay active while establishing himself to get another shot...
