Not great, but I am satisfied that the numbers at least reached a million this time around.

Seems like a decent number...and with the fight ending like it did, with Smith sending Hopkins out of the ring, the fight probably got more run on sports/news sites and social media than a Hopkins decision win would have.

Bernard Hopkins is an American legend, he got 3 times the viewers of what Charlo-Williams did, you are just a GGG hater groupie and a part of the divide. I doubt you are even from The states.

Good numbers. Keep in mind that mares/charlo card the week prior drew 300k on showtime. Hopkins did triple that. And about what GGG avgs. More then GGG drew on HBO his last fight with brook which did 840k viewers.

Yep. Considering the holiday season, I'd say they were actually pretty good numbers. Not a bad December at all with Canelo pulling out of his date a few months ago.

bs. that's just counting the "terrestrial" audience. most of hopkins fans are space aliens.

i wonder if the peak was before or after joe smith jr knocked him out of the ring.

on a serious note, they need to pad the area directly around the ring it's completely asenine to think that hopkins landed on concrete. this has happened several times in my lifetime as a boxing fan. anybody remember jim lampley going "right next to me?"
