Golovkin is elite Jacobs is contender level, he's better than BJ Flounders and Lemiuex who i would say are solid B class Jacobs is A and Golovkin is ahead of them all.

B-Level, I used to consider Quillin an A-Level fighter, but for all we know that fight might be a fluke, I thought Quillin was capable of being able to fight and the fight was stopped, if they we're to fight again I would have a clear picture of how good Jacobs is. But for now he is B-Level, and he is probably going to be Golovkin's best opponent sadly

Jacobs hasn't really been tested so far imo, his only test was supposed to be the Quillin fight and he KOed him in 1 round, but I can't really grade him off of that alone, I'd say according to the eye test he's B+ level, he's gonna show in the GGG fight if he's A- or B-. GGG himself is not an A+ opponent at least he hasn't shown it yet, but if he beats Jacobs he's at least A- imo.

B+ to me. Jacobs can be tier 1 but his loss to Pirog leaves a question mark. He's still very capable of upsetting ggg, imo
