      The man he's accusing of taking 'as little risk as possible' was ALREADY the first dude in 100+ years go from MW champ to capture a HW title.

      Meanwhile, HBO wouldn't even demand its current MW flag bearer (GGG) move up 8 pounds for a 'risk'.
