Amir Mansour To Return In January Against Travis Kauffman?

It's old news but nothing official on Boxrec yet, anyone know what's going on with the fight?

Here's the facebook post fom Kauffman last month:

Let me start by apologizing for getting out of character my last post about Amir Mansour because that's not me or how I handle ****. I was a little offended that I thought me and Amir were cool but he got out of pocket calling me out and saying some other reckless **** which wasn't true so I then scooped to his level... That was very very immature of me and I'm better then that. However Mr. Mansour you got your wish and now I will see you in the ring in January. Imma be the bigger man and admit I was wrong for some **** I said but this is the fight business and if we in the same weight class I'm sorry but you won't be and never was a friend because if you in the same weight class as me you are standing in my way from accomplishing my dreams. Just know we are going to fight in January and you got your wish... Be careful wtf you ask for.... #YouGotaWhatYouWanted #LetsGo #MyTime #Boxing #PBC #KauffmanVsMansour #MyTimeVsHardcore

Amir Hard Core Mansour replies: I apologize as well and I THANK YOU MOST SINCERELY FOR ACCEPTING THIS FIGHT!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯

On what card? The Lara Spike card I'm assuming? That's the only place I can see it fitting.

Amir is sloppy and wild but entertaining. Always go for the KO. He's 44 years old so I don't know how much longer he'll be fighting. Should be a good fight that will most likely end by KO.

Just checked Kauffman twitter, Feb 2nd looks to be the date. Though he didn't give a name.

I like all pro boxing but I really enjoy watching fighters at or near the championship level or on their way up to that level. Mansour is entertaining to watch while I am waiting for the top 10 contenders or champions to fight each other but he will never be good enough for me to get excited about on his own.

Hope so, this would be a good competitive fight between fringe contenders. If Mansour wins, would like to see him get a second shot at Washington

Looks like this will be part of the Wilder Feb 25 card.

Mansour's one of my favourite heavyweights. Always gunning for the KO, vicious power in each hand. He's getting on a bit now, and tends to lose steam as the fight wears on, but any man that gets caught clean by him is going down. Kaufmann could make things competitive (he beat Arreola a while back) but I think Mansour should still have enough to stop him or take him on the cards.
