Seriously. is the perception of competition just what the anti-trumpers decide? especially after Ward robbed the belts...

LMAO @ a 50 year old being a unified champ at the weight class. LHW might be the weakest division in all of boxing.

light heavyweight is dog**** in terms of depth, really really crap division depth wise. Although has 4 very good fighters- kovalev, ward, beterbiev, stevenson. The rest are god awful

Use your brain and look at the guys fighting at 175. 175 is much deeper than 160 is. At 160, you have Golovkin, and Jacobs. At 175 you have Ward, Kovalev, Stevenson, Alvarez, Barrera, Beterbiev, Smith Jr. etc. Golovkin could only wish he had that type of opposition to face at 160. And no 50 year old was unified champ at 175. Not sure what you are talking about.

Golovkin, Jacobs, Matvey, Quillen, BJS. Canelo.

Beterbiev has 10 pro-fights. just LMAO

Smith Jr is a construction worker full time

Kovalev is overrated. his best win is over 50 yr old Hopkins. regardless of how great he was. he was 50.

Jacobs>Stevenson sans getting sparked by a bum.

The Division has top the Top 5 P4P Fighters in boxing, regardless who you thought won both are Top 5 P4P Worthy. After those 2 you have Stevenson but he is not getting any young he is 39 years old now so IMO who ever get to him first either Ward or Kovalev, they will beat him because he kinda wasted years taking it easy since signing with Haymon and Showtime. After those 3 it is guys a lot of guys who are talented but untested and haven't had that step up yet like Oleksandr Gvozdyk, Beterbiev and others

It is a Division that is good at the Top because of Ward, Kovalev and Stevenson but after that not really sure about the rest just yet so NO it is not a great Division overall absolutely NOT!

People like to credit/discreit people based on age all the time. Hopkins is a top 5 LHW so his age is meaningless but a guy like Froch is an "old 39 year old" despite probably being a top 168 fighter if he came out today. Floyd isn't treated like an "old 39 year old" though.
