After the Daniel Jacobs fight there are two reasons for Gennady Golovkin to stay at Middleweight:
    • take on Billy Joe Saunders to unify all of the belts
    • fight the winner of Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr. vs. Saul Alvarez

If neither of the above are possible, these options are just as attractive:
    • taking on the winner of James DeGale vs. Badou Jack at Super Middleweight
    • taking on Gilberto Ramirez at Super Middleweight

And if he really wanted to cement his legacy:
    • fight Sergey Kovalev or Andre Ward at Light Heavyweight

In reality he'll probably fight Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam or Ishe Smith.

Why is no-one talking about Tureano Johnson?? He's IBF mandatory, and has a fight next month. One more tune-up for Johnson and I can see GGG v Johnson in June

You fanboys & haters are soooooo dumb its painful to see. Anyone who thinks GGG's resume is "absolutely horrible" isn't following the sport very closely cuz GGG has one of if not the best resume it could be argued at 160. And if you disagree with me list 5 to 10 guys who fight at 160 currently & have better resumes (guys beaten, not just fought) than GGG.

Saunder's 2 best wins, Eubank and Lee, are better than any Golovkin win.

Jacob's best win, Quillin, is better than any Golovkin win.

Sulecki's best win, Centeno, is better than any Golovkin win.

And Canelo, while he is a coward, also got better wins than Golovkin.

The thing is, everyone and their grandmas got better wins than Golovkin.

He is fighting Jacobs next, time for people to *** off about the Resume talk now it is #1 vs #2 at Middleweight what more can people ask from him and NO I don't want GGG to move up until he gets Jacobs and after Jacobs if he wins then Canelo! It is no bigger fight than the Canelo fight so moving up is ******! Jack, DeGale, Ramirez are very nice fights but neither come close to a fight with Canelo. Winner of GGG vs Jacobs fight winner of Canelo vs Chavez Jr DeGale, Jacob, Ramirez at 168 are all still young so he can move up later after cleaning up 160!

He's about to ice jacobs this march then he will ice Canelo in December 2017. He's beaten everyone in front of hiim outstandingly. Murray, lemeuix, brook are still good wins. Your bias radiates with fear young fool.

Then he'll move up and take degales sole, maybe fight eubank and murder the bastard.

Your motives are clear, you are not very smart. DO you make try and act ******ed on purpose?

Jacobs, BJS and Canelo. Canelo is the one for me.
Then, if he wants to, why not have a crack at 168.
I'd want to see him face those 3 guys first however.

A resume is more than 1 or 2 fights.
