Should Hopkins vs Smith Be Overturned From TKO to NO CONTEST Like The Dawson Fight?

Hopkins will contest the decision to get it changed to a No Contest, just like he did with the first Chad Dawson fight. If you remember Dawson originally got a TKO win as Hopkins was unable to continue due to a shoulder injury. But, following an appeal, the TKO ruling got overturned to a No Contest.

Is it fair to say that the board should administer the same decision for Hopkins' latest fight against Smith, given the chaotic, confused and indecisive nature in which the fight ultimately came to a halt?

It should be ruled a straight up KO.

There was absolutely nothing indecisive or uncertain about that ending. Joe Smith delivered a few consciousness ending blows that sent Hopkins out of the ring, and Hopkins never re-entered the ring.

It should be overturned to KO instead of TKO

"given the chaotic, confused and indecisive nature in which the fight ultimately came to a halt? "

The only person confused is hopkins because he just got KO'd. Nothing indecisive about the instant replay that millions of other people saw.

                    Cool thred, Bro
