Comments Thread For: Robert Helenius, Edis Tatli, Eva Wahlstrom Win in Finland

EBU lightweight title fight between Edis Tatli (291) and Manuel Lancia (1421) turned out to be a long and painful one for the challenger. Tatli used his reach advantage masterfully and neutralised Lancia's attempts to get close.

Good to see Bob Helenius back in the win column. I've followed, and hyped, him for many years and despite all his setbacks, I still think he can become a force in the HW division.

If Helenius stays focused he can get a title shot. The guy is always in action fights and wins nearly all of em. Still gotta get the Chisora rematch outta the way though, then start chopping down the other top 20.

Alright, Helenius has beaten 2 journeymen now since that loss to Duhaupas, time to step back up. He needs to fight somebody with a bit of a name that he can beat, Gjergjaj or Pianeta, somebody like that

There was some talk now in Finnish media about the possible rematch. I hope it happens, im a Finn and I still thought Chisora won the first one. Hopefully there will be a rematch. Anyways, the couch I believe said that they will be now aiming for bigger match ups.

I dont think he'll be world champion so, he can win a few important fights (like Chisora) but he looks common against elite HW fighters. (like Joshua, Wilder, Haye, Ortiz) Probably, he goes to the championship fight next year but his job is not easy.
