The WBC and all other federations need to ban this guy and he should have to be tested every month at his cost to be reinstated
one year later. Any failed tests after that is an automatic ban for life! If you want the sport clean then clean it up!

Oh my god, this dude really thinks the US government is to blame for Povetkin's drug use. A guy suddenly develops 1-punch KO power well into his 30s after a humiliating loss and your mind jumps to governmental involvement rather than PED use.
