Yes, he did. Pascal was gonna pay USADA for him, and he refused.

We should be rewarding them, not punishing them.

I want good fights and exciting fighters, I don't give a fck About clean sport.

Someone said that Kov refused paid testing by Pascal because at the time he was still on melodonuim. Also quillin vs winky Peter endedthe testing halfway

He didn't refuse anything because he was already being tested. He was the only who was tested in that fight. Kovalev did NADA.

If they had had rigorous drug testing in the 60s, 70s, 80s (hell largely anything before VADA and even VADA has its limitations) then most of the moralistic nonsense people have against doping would disappear as they'll likely find that their old heroes were using steroids and amphetamines.

Good thread, lets see how people try to spin this one already I've seen the typical expected responses of
"What does that have to do with it"
                      "Trying to defend Povetkin"
Fact remains the American media are good at the witch hunt against foreign fighters for using 'PED's' but when an American is found out for it, it is brushed under the carpet and even in some cases the fighter is allowed to hold his world title i.e. Lamont Peterson.
