WBC said if Amir Khan decides to take a pass on his mandatory shot, then Top Rank asked the WBC for Bradley to be involved in a final eliminator against the "highest ranked, available" contender. That could be Spence, that could be someone else. And the fight would NEVER happen.
Spence has a guaranteed title shot against a hot name, why would he pay the WBC a sanctioning fee for a final eliminator.Comment
