Milwaukee (I grew up there) isnt really a bad place. Sure, there are a few spots on the north side that are a bit dicey, but pretty much anywhere has "bad" parts......

Yeah but his dad is in prison, brother is dead, and he just got car jacked and pistol whipped.

Bad neighborhood or not, he needs to get away from place.

Woah Addix... Obviously you do you know Akeem Black. He will not end up in jail. He is not a thug and this situation was purely random. His brother was just killed in a drive-by over the summer. Black is using it in for inside of ring motivation instead of vengeance.

Interesting how this young man's random robbery becomes him being without sense getting pistol whipped and carjacked got to do with him going to prison. Death is promised to everybody and prison is about choice. This man chose to go get his children after leaving work and was attacked. A criminal don't have boundaries or specific location (s). Things and people have been shot in mansions, schools, running marathons, and even church. Hell, we even had a few President's Shot. Any body can get it anywhere at anytime. God continue to bless AKeem Black for he has enough bad examples in his life and STILL choose to obey the laws but , gets labeled a dumb potential criminal that's gonna end up in jail. Dam.! The meds some folks take should be banned. How's that for a stereo type.

Any inner city gym you go to has a long list of good fighters who got pulled down by the people around them.

I hope it works out for him, but I've seen this story many of times, a lot of these guys wont leave their family and friends because it's all they know.
