I was gonna make a joke about Canelo moving to SMW after Charlo's W, but I didn't think he'd really do it.
Can't make 160 so fights at 155, moves down to 154 cuz he's too small for MW and now he's fighting at 164? Oscar needs rehab baddddd with all this lunacy.

Freak fight. Chavez sucks. Canelo can spot him an extra 20lbs and still beat Chavez in a 12 round fight. But Canelo probably rehydrates to about 180 in this scenario, where Chavez is probably 190. So size wise they're not that far off, just Chavez sucks. Probably be a fun fight though, Chavez won't run from Canelo like Smith, Cotto, Khan, Lara, Trout.

Struggles to make 154, but doesn't want to fight at 160, so campaigns at 155. When the fight against the top guy at 160 is ready to be made, he drops his belt and moves back down to 154 for the first time in 3 years.
After one fight at 154, while stating he needs time to build up to 160 for GGG, he may well be taking a fight that falls inside the SMW bracket.
I often wonder how Oscar keeps a straight face when he talks.
It's a circus act. But hey, i'd go along with it if we got a GGG - Jacobs fight in the mean time, then a GGG-Canelo fight after that.
But the odds of that happening? Anyone's guess i'd imagine.

Don't understand why the fight is happening b/c the two are so different in size. JCC Jr. is going to be very drained and Canelo will be very fresh (not having to worry about shedding weight at all). Nonetheless JCC should be able to withstand a ****load of punishment due to his size/weight advantage.
This fight must be for Mexico so Canelo can become their #1 guy or something. Honestly don't see another reason for it. Would rather see Andrade, Charlo(s), Lemieux, hell even Sergio Martinez...XD

Meanwhile GGG is slated to fight Brone at the full 160 because he cannot concede 1 pound despite require opponents to concede 13 or 20.
I wonder if you are legally ******ed or just functionally
