To be honest I don't know and I don't care about mandatories. And nobody else on NSB cares either unless it's the fight we want to see. Like a Wilder vs Povetkin. I remember Floyd getting slammed for fighting Guerrero and nobody cared he was Floyd's mandatory. If you go back and check your many alts I'm sure you didn't care then either.
