This is a 50/50 fight. I'm hoping Slava wins impressively to make a statement.

Doubt he gets any of the 3 next if he wins but I think he will set him up for a title eliminator on HBO next.
He should rematch that bum that had him out on his feet.

believe it or not i think shabranskyy is the guy to beat stevenson at 175...not kov or ward
It's hard to get Stevenson in the ring to see. I would have loved to see Stevenson and Kov take cracks at each other.

You mean nobody wants to get in the ring with him.

Kovalev called him a chicken...then ran from his own post fight interview the second Stevenson walked to him.

        I've never seen that before.

Duva asked for a purse bid and WBC #1 spot....she got both....then ran away.

I've never seen that before either.

Stevenson is with Haymon, and Andre Ward is a TV free agent (with both HBO and Showtime in the running to lock up his TV rights).

Shabranskyy can wish for whatever fight he wants, but don't delude the people by ignoring the reality of the situation (and the fact that he's with Oscar De La Hoya).

I really like these types of fights. They offer common opponents to top boxers that will give me a better metric as to where Shabranskyy is at. I know the transitive property doesn't work in boxing, but fights like these serve as better eye tests than others... Whoever wins is definitely making a step towards getting a shot when Ward, Kov, and maybe Stevenson get all the deals worked out. Beterbiev should throw himself in this mix as well. The winner of Cleverly and Alvarez will be there also. Good stuff coming from this division... Joe Smith Jr. may make some noise as well...

He don't won't none of those three problems, he better focus on Barrera and worry about fighters like Beterbiev first.

for shabranskyy it is going to be hard to get any1 in the ring..
he'll learn something that these talented black fighters have had to learn and some of his hardcore fans will as well

WHEN YOU ARE DANGEROUS AND NOT POPULAR U AINT "GETTING" ****...unless the rankings say so..

im over stevenson kov...not it's stevensonward, bc kov decided to leave a us ppv and canadian ppv fight when he dumped the purse bid that he asked for...i cant have any sympathy for that..

kov stevenson is the best fightin inboxing imo..but he screwed himself...they would have unified all 6 belts.

shabranskyy will be the new kovalev

wat does he deserve a lot of nuts? where does he do numbers? wat title has he held? who has he beat? if he beat ward he was number 1 to kov...instead he played the rankings...better hope e doesnt lose bc he is too damn good and unpopular for anyone and i mean anyone just to give him a shot
