He deserved it. After fighting Arroyo, then Arguably the best 115 fighter in the world in Cuadras you you just can't hate him.

Crawford fought 3 times, and his win over Postol was the best win of any WBC title holder. Cuadras fought better than expected, TC dominated Postol in a fight people thought was dangerous and TC was supposedly ducking. TC looked better and took less punishment vs a better fighter than Cuadras

Stylistically, if they were the same size, and kept their average height advantages in relation to their opponents, both Postol would beat Cuadras, and Crawford destroys the defenseless Gonzalez. RG's strength is definitely not defense, he blocks with his face and hopes to get his opponent out of there fast in order to not take punishment. That didn't happen with Cuadras so his face looked like it took a good beating over 12 rounds. Cuadras punches very wide, he barely throws straight punches, he looks haymaker-happy, he had succss on RG because RG's poor defense

This right here show that you don't know Shiat about boxing.

here take a look at these clips and then you can later comment about RG lack of defense, maybe you can learn a thing or two about boxing

I doubt TC will do what Roman did, go to 154 and challenge the champion at his own weight,

I can’t believe this –Kev- dude, believing Roman Gonzalez is a Face First Brawler, The guy is Alexis Arguello 2.0, Future HOF and current Pound for Pound King.

Yeah, it's the only logical choice. In general, WBC is the most 'legit' alphabet group, but the current crop of champions leave a lot to be desired. Wilder has done nothing, Bellew did little, Adonis is a joke, Jack has done little, Canelo was a joke, Golovkin had a bad year, Charlo is meh, Danny Garcia is a joke this year.. etc. The only two candidates are Crawford and Roman.

Roman is the better choice, his opponent was more dangerous and was in a higher weight class.
