Comments Thread For: Joshua's Coach: Anthony Well Ahead of Wilder, Will Beat Klitschko

Anthony Joshua's trainer Rob McCracken is "more than confident" his man will defeat Wladimir Klitschko next year to become undisputed heavyweight champion. The 27-year-old former Olympic gold medallist teamed back up with former amateur mentor McCracken on a full-time basis ahead of Saturday's second successful defence of his IBF heavyweight title against Eric Molina.

How funny no one chooses to talk about Luis Ortiz. He is showing rank 1 in Boxrec.
Elephant in the room, no one talks about lol

Even Wlad at 40, I think this fight is 2 or 3 fights too soon for Joshua--and I think Joshua is great!

I agree I think Eddie Hearn is handling and building up Joshua Flawlessly. I think he is getting Wlad as the right time but who knows maybe Wlad gets right back to the top and beat Joshua then beat the rest of the young fighters you never know especially when talking about Heavyweights

But that is not even Debatable he is a far more well rounded fighter than Wilder who is still very Wild at times

Joshua is a specimen for sure. Hard to tell if he is getting better though. I will say this, he looks great against guys who can't hurt him. That's something he has over Wilder. The question is, is he more of what he looked like against Molina or what he looked like against Whyte?

Too early for AJ! Should've fought Haye & Wilder first!!

Big fan of AJ. He's become a much more refined fighter since turning pro. He's developed at a much faster rate than Wilder - whose still plagued by fundamtentally awful style, and showing no signs of improving.

However, I do admit AJ's record of opponents have been shockingly poor. His best win is a raw Dillian Whyte. In any case, that won't matter soon. I'm confident he will destroy Klitschko - who is now a shadow of his former self and is ripe for the taking. If Wilder then accepts, I'm sure AJ will also take him out.

The only person who I have concerns for, is Haye. As it stands right now, Haye would brutalise AJ.
